Ingredients of Cutchi Memon chicken biryani

  1. 1 Kg Chicken cut into medium pieces
  2. 4 Onions, large sized chopped lengthwise
  3. ¼ litres curds
  4. ½ bunch coriander chopped very finely
  5. 1 lime squeeze the juice
  6. 1 each cinnamon, cardamom & clove
  7. 3 tsps red chilli powder
  8. Salt to taste,
  9. Turmeric a pinch,
  10. 1 tomato medium sized, chopped
  11. ¾ rice basmati rice, long grained
  12. 2 tsps Ginger Garlic paste
  13. 100 ml oil

HOW TO SERVE:

Serve in a dish which is flattering to the chicken biryani. The final touch of this piece of art is the garnish! Top it with crispy fried golden onions and finely chopped coriander leaves. Accompaniments like raita and baingan ka khatta compliment the dish well.
